IDW style toys
How many of you would like to have some toys based on the IDW storyline models? Forms such as Bumblebee and Cliffjumper, Ironhide and Ratchet, Hot Rod, hell why not the pre-earth forms? How awesome would that be to have those. It would even be a way to use the comics as advertisements like Hasbro wants. Also, Devestator and Monstructor. What do you think?

It would be pretty epic, but selling toys from Comic form alone has been something Hasbro has strayed with. I know there's going to be Drift soon and we had WWI for Titanium, but who knows how well those will sell.

It's always been a possibility, but an extremely remote one. Unlikely at best, though a few have slipped through the cracks. People have been wanting toys of comic styled TFs as long as there have been cool comic styled TFs. From the Marvel days there were characters like Scrounge, Impactor, Straxus, Xaaron, the Last Autobot and what have you (Though Straxus is finally getting a toy after so many many years, and Vector Prime from Cybertron shares many similarities with TLA), for Dreamwave everyone wanted a War Within toyline (and we eventually got a few as Titaniums like Blurrz mentioned) and now with IDW Hasbro's gone as far as to make Drift... but I don't see it becoming a trend. It would be pretty cool though, toys of how the characters appear in IDW's comics... especially figures like Blurr, Galvatron, Crazy-Sniping Perceptor... Nova friggin' Prime... I'd buy those in a heartbeat.

I do not read the comics, but I keep a close eye on the artwork in Seibertron's news feed. I would love to see a 'cigar smoking' Kup figure, and I think a classics-style Voyager F22 seeker design would be brilliant. The undersized deluxe F15 mold is nice, but the Seekers should be bigger, voyager size allows greater detail, and puts them in scale with the Autobot cars, Prime and Megatron. And since the other characters have had alt mode updates, surely the Seekers deserve theirs. And we all know HasTak can repaint any seeker mold to death and still sell toys.
