As stated before, any Decepticons or other assorted bad guys are a pretty bad idea. I doubt your average 'con would take too kindly to being small, and would take out their aggressions on you, the house, and everything else. Soundwave would probably pretend to be your friend, then slit your throat while you sleep.

Even if they might not be lethal, they'd still be fairly destructive and try and wreak your house. That pretty much counts out Grimlock, too.

Even if the 'cons are in a heavy duty cage?

I'd make MP Prime real and dress him up as different tiny critters from movies and what not. (Jawas, Ewoks, the monkeys from Wizard of Oz, Oompa Loompa, etc.)
