If you could only collect Transformers in one scale, what would it be?

In "modern times" there are now official names for the various size classes, and we now can usually grab our favorite characters in more than one size if we so choose.
However, let's say you could only collect one size/class - what would it be and why?
For me, I like Voyager. I honestly don't think most Voyager transformations are any more complex than the average Deluxe size figure and Deluxe figures just seem scrawnier and scrawnier all the time.

Personally, I am down to collecting Deluxes only, due to space restriction and prices/quality. What I mean is that most Voyagers are the same quality a the Deluxes and cost twice as much. The only exceptions I would make anymore would be Masterpieces if any caught my eye. (Sunstorm

I actually really like transformers for all the different sizes, comparing a scout to a voyager just makes them both awesome.
Though I'd go with the littler ones. Just to have them go better with other toys I collect.

The way current scaling is going we are all going to end up collecting a lot more Scout/Basics as Deluxes shrink and Voyagers get fewer and further between.....

I'm going to cheat and say Cyberverse --both Legions and Commanders-- as they're relatively cheap AND get really cool stuff like Megatron and Optimus both with armor/base/trailers, "true gestalt" Devastator, and full bases like the Ark.

I've grown to despise deluxes because I'm sick of seeing cars and jets in that same scale.
To answer the question, I'd prefer scouts because then the cars would fit in with the diaclones.
I'm also hearing lately how deluxes are better than scouts because they're better detailed. When I look at Windcharger, Breakdown, the Real Gears and Universe Trilogy Scouts, I'm hard pressed to find poor detailing. Windcharger alone has become a grail among many of the fandom and Strongarm is one of the most articulate bots ever with that awesome axe.
If detail matters so much, then why are the Legends so popular? I bought Jazz and Hound and thought Hound in particular was horrible. I think Legends are among the cheapest quality we've ever got in the franchise. I wouldn't have touched them as a kid.

If you don't like Legends Hound, you'd absolutely loathe some of the movieverse legends, although the scout (or whatever they call them these days, the bigger Cyberverse figures) are actually pretty cool.
Btw, RTS Legends Optimus Prime definitely has a mini-G1 feel to him.

Only they would need some uprgades.
Die-cast: Adding metal to the design would make them weightier and stronger.
I think if there was weight added people would get over the idea that they felt "cheap"- not one I share.
The metal would make them more resilient to bear paw hands that are prone to breaking things.
The metal\plastic combo would be a throwback to Go-bots as well. As I have read that Tomy or Hasbro own the rights to Go-bots, but not the molds themselves, this could sate a desire for reissued Go-bots, partially at least.
Ball joints where they count: The neck, elbows, knees and even the waist would add playability\poseability. Modern collectors desire a lot for their dollar\pound\shekel\clams etc... Adding the ball joints in the most useful places will create a toy that has the movement desired, making the toys themselves desired.
Prime Legends Cliffjumper seems like a good example of where he could have been one of the best little toys ever, except they missed the boat when they didn't give his head movement:
(and he isn't even Commander class)DOTM Commander Shockwave has movement in the neck, sadly it isn't a ball joint. Cyberverse Prime comes pretty close to perfect

Stop messing with the size(and name): I'll admit the addition of Commander class was a nice step. But the idea of Legends class was not done to promote an idea of scale. It was to take a character and say "Hey guys, here's a small figure of a classic character, we're gonna make 'em all the same size." Starting with DOTM, not all my Legends, now Cyberverse, fit in with one another
Although, I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't buy an Omega Supreme Legends Class Classics style. He would have to be mongo compared to Commander Class.
Why is the size nice? It would take 5 times the room to display all these Primes: Voyager Blackout takes up the same amount of space in Alt mode as all these Primes, and the longer you collect TF the less space you have.
More combiners: Their size, weight and saleability(if done well)
make a perfect combination(

People are screaming for combiners. A smaller scale offers the opportunity to let the combiners tower over a base Commander scale, at an affordable price.
For now I would just be happy with Energon style combining at the Cyberverse scale(Duocons maybe), but would love to see G1 combiners in the Legends class.
After them doing Devastator I refuse to listen and believe when someone says it's not feasible.
Just for fun: Give us some chrome weapons for the G1 style Cyberverse, especially when the Insecticons get made. Come on, Legends collectors know we want those guys.
And why would anyone say there is a lack of detail? As time progresses they are only getting better ex: Ironhide

Major upgrade since his original movie persona.Ironhide is highly detailed in design

It's the paint apps that may be missing. And at the current price point you can afford to buy one to keep factory and one to paint up all those nooks and crannies. Don't feel bad though, they did the same thing with Deluxe Topspin
All that detail and nothing done with it.
But these are what I would buy as a constant collection. There are figures that can only be truly envisioned in a larger scale for maximum enjoyment. Legends are great for a solid representation of both Robot and alt mode, but for now they lack what some of the larger scales can do. And for that I am glad that more than one scale is available.
