but seriously, not to stoke the coals, but the Lambo thing is a valid statement. You cant get pissed just because you wish a fact wasn't true. as ludicrous as you made it sound in your statement, yes everyone does steal ideas from everyone. and improves them. and re-interprets them.

This may be unrelated to you in particular Peej, but lately Hasbro purists start to sound more and more like the Catholic Church.

Wow, did I really pull off the reverse flame? What was the button combo for it? I need to write it down! Don't worry, I'm taking no offense to it in any way. I never said the Lambo thing wasn't a valid statement, it very much is. It is true Hasbro pretty much stole the Lambo design for their own profit. I'm not getting pissed or anything, I was purposely making it sound ludicrous to do exactly what I said, kill an argument. I'm also very tainted, not pure... And, I prefer RoboJesus over RoboPope.

OK, now back on topic after this whole tangent; If its just one figure, if its under $40 after shipping, I'd really consider getting this, if its a set of 3... $80 sounds about fair-ish, but I won't be able to get it before they're all sold out..

That's what I'm talkin bout time, this adds life to the CHUG lines. Targetmasters, Sharkticons, & now we need more Headmasters! These 3rd party companies are steady picking up the slack whereas hasbro keep letting us down, its nothing for them to get this stuff made & put out which is so annoying, & for people who clown these 3rd party co. need to stop.

For the record, disagreeing with someone or making a point contrary to another is NOT flaming. In fact, it's pretty much the entire point of a message board...to express and share different thoughts and opinions. And if HasTak borrowing alt modes isn't good enough of an example, how about characters? Classics Jetfire, anyone? Looks like a '3rd Party' Valkyrie to me...

Anyhow, on topic. If these things are on the reasonable iGear pricing scale a la mini-bots or Kup head upgrade, hook me up, I'm in! If they lean toward their less reasonable pricing, though, I think I can live without these.

not only that, they actually look like they should have been from the beginning, and not the podgy totting slaves that we were given. definitely a vast improvement, and the figure looks like it would walk up to you and steal your teeth just because it could!

If I'm not mistaken, HasTak wanted to make Classics Bumblebee's alt mode to be a VW New Beetle, but VW didn't give them permission, so HasTak went w/ some generic subcompact car design.

Actually, that was Alternator BB that they tried that on. Classics BB was Hasbro going "Nyahnyah, we don't need you!" to VW.

Right...all the Alternators were actual licensed vehicles so they needed the car companies to approve to put their name and logo on the box and figures.

Someone in the know over at TFW is saying that these will be released a sets of three, each one having a different face, and each one being about scout-sized.

Dammit, now I may need 6...
