I sent an email over to iGear and they promptly responded. I basically replied to the email that I got from when I first ordered - igear.toys@gmail.com

hi, all pp05 will be shipped before August 10, sorry for the delay.

Seriously...this has gone WAY beyond lamesauce...if it wasnt for the fact that their Ironhide and Ratchet are totally awesome (completely blown away Hasbron't crappy "i cant swivel my head up so i always look down at the ground" versions...which are now going for over $100 on amazon...LOL), and the fact their that Brawn is totally awesom in its own right (not to mention the only option out there)..I would totally give these guys the One Finger Salute and boycott their company forever.

I guess they are like the Dr. House of Transformers toys...yeah, they piss you off all the time, but you kinda got to suck it up because you cant go without their stuff :-P

At least pre-ordering it with BBTS means I haven't wasted the money upfront like I've done with Hench and UFO......I don't see the point in rewarding them with the cash practically a year before you get anything back.

Yeah I was wondering what knock-on effect this would have on the mini warriors dates. Hopefully not too much.

I'm curious to see reviews of these once they come out...some of those transforming parts look thin and fragile, and unnecessarily complex, I'm not surprised if QC issues were the cause of the delays.....

I got an email from Robotkingdom asking me to confirm my address on an order that has been delayed for a long time. The only standing preorder I have with Robotkingdom is for iGears Ironhide and Ratchet. This must mean they are expecting stock in soon.

Right, some of us have been strung along for several months. One could assume that these unlabeled boxes are for PP05 orders, since the store site lists them "in stock". But that's been a few days now, and my pre-order is still at "Paid" when I'd like to see "Shipped".

Even then, it'll take about 2 more weeks from that time to get to my door. I'll just keep my expectations as early Sept.

Knowing iGear, those that ordered directly from them first when they weren't yet available anywhere else will be the last to have theirs shipped and receive them. And then when they arrived phucked up, they won't do **** for you either.

Thankfully, I can say that I've ordered directly from iGear several times, and I have yet to receive a faulty product. The worst I have seen is a product box with some corner damage. However, I do remember other forum members recounting their issues in getting proper resolution from this company and I don't blame anyone for being concerned.

I'll believe it when I see it. I bet the pile of boxes they show is from astock room of a local department store.

All I get from iGear is "It will be release soon" with some date that comes and goes. Their customer service is worse than the cable companies here in the states, and that statement alone says a LOT. And having said that, I too am concerned that the first ones to order will get theirs last. I bought both of mine through iGear July 23rd 2011. Feel like a fool for giving them money up front. Will never do that again, no matter how amazing their final product may be. :michaelbay:

Mine just got delivered... too bad I won't have much time today to mess around with them. I will say that I thoroughly enjoyed Trikeboy's video review, as well as a few other pictorial reviews online. Was it worth the wait? Maybe, but please iGear don't keep us hanging like this again! (While I await the almost inevitable further delay of Hench and UFO)
