I sighted Stormcloud (Universe Powerglide) repaint at the Carpentersville Target today along with two Dropshots, two Blades, and several Galvatrons and Acid Storms.

I've been trying to think of somewhere near where I live that would be easily accessible for everyone. There's a TGI Friday's off Higgins in Rosemont that's near the highway that I think would be a great meetup place on an upcoming Saturday afternoon. I think they offer reasonable prices, decent food, kind of the sports bar atmosphere and family safe (people keep suggesting Hooters but I think that's a pretty typical fanboy place so I'd rather stay away from it).

I'll have to stop by Friday's to see what Saturday might work well for them and then figure out what one will work well for me.

That's the one right by Allstate Arena?? I'll have to stop by there, I'll be in the area Saturday for a hockey game anyway.

Haven't made this plan yet. Need to figure out which Saturday is best. This is the one near the Allstate Arena. I live about 3 miles north of that Target.

Going to the Wolves game? Didn't know you were a hockey fan...I work for the Blackhawks AHL team in Rockford and we play Chicago a few times this season. If you're interested in going to another game, I make the roadie with the team to Chicago sometimes...I can hook you up with tix.

11 year fan of the Wolves, 5 years as a season ticket holder. For me, the Wolves are a much more affordable (and easier to drive to, I hate driving to the UC) team to go go than the Hawks. Plus they are much more successful at winning titles, they are hoisting their 4th championship banner in 14 years on Saturday.

I was at Lincolnwood Towncenter Mall yesterday and they have TF Deluxes for $9, better than their regular $12. Pretty good selection too, all the current Universe and Animated releases including Elite Guard Bumblebee, Sentinel Prime, and Swoop. I imagine this is good at all KBs.

Also, Kohl's had the same figs for $10.50 or so, and I bought swoop (before seeing them at KB, darnit).

I was at the KB in Woodfield Mall earlier and they had nothing special or any kind of markdowns. Of course that store is the absolutely last store in the Midwest to get anything new.

Optimus Prime sightings in Rockford...TWO DOZEN 25th Prime packages located at the WalMart on Riverside. I was in awe...and then very depressed...cuz I'm broke and couldn't buy any. :sad:

I saw the 25th Anniversary Optimus Prime at Walmart on Touhy on Thursday. There were two left after I bought the one that will be featured in a gallery later tonight.

I stopped at the Target at Golf Mill (Greenwood and Golf). They had Universe Ironhide, Silverstreak and Sideswipe. This is the first sighting that I've seen of the Universe figures at a Target. This store also had the two newest Star Wars figures which I've passed on for the time being.

The Golf Mill Toys R Us at Milwaukee and Golf had the Titanium Prowl and Grimlock which was the first time I've seen them at a brick and mortar store. I've already got mine so I left them there.

I found two Universe Treadbolts along with more Wal-Mart exclusive deluxes (Breakway, Crankcase, and Fracture) at the Carpentersville Wal-Mart on Saturday.

well i hit the jackpot at golf mill target. All new universe deluxes i picked up sideswipe and ironhide. They also had swoop which I've seen for the first time. They also had leader magnus but I passed.

I was just there and they had nothing interesting aside from Titanium Prowl and Grimlock. The Wal-Mart next door had a better selection.

BTW, where did you find a Shockwave at??

HA! When were there? I was there about 2 hours ago. I saw that lone TFA Magnus but he had sloppy paint on his face, and his "changing expression" was stuck, his mouth wouldn't close. Good thing you passed on him.

There is one Animated UM at both Target on Diehl Rd in Warrenville and the one on Rt 59 in Naperville if anyone is still looking.

Also found both Ironhide and Sideswipe at the Super Walmart on Kirk Rd in Aurora.

All are still there as I have mine already.

Well they had two silverstreaks passed, one ironhide which I grabbed and the first sideswipe I grabbed had bad paint so I got a good one from the back. Idk I fiddled with ultra magnus in the box, and he seems lot less cool in person. Glad I didn't drop in $$ on him U should have looked in back they must have had more cases.

Went with standard shipping. I was as surprised as you are when I got it. I pre-ordered Swindle at the same time, but according to his ship date I won't see him until Christmas, literally. But Shockwave isn't a preorder- it's an actual normal order. Check the arrival dates on his page. I have to admit, though, I'm not that impressed with the figure...he's very unsteady and rather spindly. Still, it's nice to add him to the collection as he does have his good points.

Not exactly a sighting, but Meier's new sale ad has Animated Supreme Optimus Prime at $34.88 starting tomorrow Sund. 11/2! I migh tbe in South Bend, so I hope I don't miss them by the tim eI get back that evening. I'll try to swing by there on the way home.

As with Movie Ultimate Bumblebee, at this price, me no can resist.

On a routine shopping trip to the local Costco, my wife came across a pallet of new Transformers. After she told me what it was I had her grab the exclusive two pack quick.

Thanks to her I now have the Transformers Universe Cybertron Optimus Prime and Crumplezone two pack for only $34.99 USD.
