Anyone near Griggsville? Friend of mine lives there and said he will ship me any TFs if I cover it. No Aldi on my side of the country so Im missing that big sale.

Popped into the TRU on golf road in niles (golfmill) a few mins ago, they have 1 GDO powerdive, 2 GDO cliffjumpers and 1 GDO swerve. nothing else really noteworthy.

EDIT: the deluxe GDOs are on the endcap of the hasbro isle.

TRU on 75th had a boatload this afternoon: 2 Hotspots, 3-4 Swerves, 2-3 1st editions of Starscreams, Vehicons, Arcees, and Cliffjumpers. I picked up a Hotspot and 1st Ed. Prime Vehicon.

If you're looking for any of the Chinese Generations deluxe or Voyager Class figures the TRU on Butterfield has got all of them: Hotspot, Wheelie, Springer, etc.

They don't have Springer anymore. But I do. Also, I didn't see any Wheelie, but there was a box of TFs on top of one of the shelves, and I suppose it may have been more GDOs.

Heh, I was just there. The box of Deluxes on top was only the regular ones- Wheeljack, Junkheap, etc. The case of Voys up there was gold, however- GDO Powerdive, Hotspot, and Megatron x2. Also 4 Megs on the shelf and one Powerdive,which I bought.

Deluxes are BOGOHO today and tomorrow, so I grabbed GDO Swerve, and TFP Bee for my girl.

I was there this morning just as it opened. There was an entire row of just the Chinese imports. Someone made out with a ton of them if they were gone by the time you got there. There was only 1 Wheelie, 2 Springers, a bunch of Swerves and Cliffjumpers.

TRU in Niles on Golf rd has GDO Hot Spot and 3x PFE Vehicons. Also has 4 out of 5 of the FoC Combaticons (no Brawl) as of ~1hour ago.

TRU Downers Grove had 2 zombie Cliffjumpers, an FE Vehicon, a couple FE Arcees and Starscreams, a GDO Wheelie, GDO Springer, and GDO Swerve at around 6 tonight. That's after I bought an FE Vehicon. I like this mold!

If anyone is interested, the Target on Howard near McCormick has the Prime Optimus Maximus on clearance (ALREADY) for $24. There looked to be three or four of them, in the regular Transformers isle.

Stopped at the Target on E State in ROckford yesterday and scored Ultra Magnus and Thundertron. THere was one of each left on the shelf, and also there was one Vehicon figure for those of you army building.

They've also got a GDO Wheelie and some FE SSs and Arcees. But I just bought the four Combaticons they had. No Vortex though.

Walgreens in Des Plaines, River Rd and Oakton, had a TFP Vehicon and 2 Airachnids. They're in a stand-alone kiosk near the front. $14.99 too, IIRC, not bad. Walgreens is usually way more expensive than other retailers. FWIW.

The other day the Skokie Target had one Voyager Thudertron and one Voyager Ultra Magnus. I didn't buy them, but they may have been bought during the black Friday madness.

Happy Thanksgiving / Black Friday weekend everyone!

Just wanted to let you guys know that the Aldis in Des Plaines had about a 1/2 dozen Vehicons still as of this afternoon.

The Target in Arlington Heights on Rand had an Ultra Magnus and Thundertron around 3pm as well as a ton of Rescue Bots (all 8 versions) in the main aisle and then on one of the back end caps at the end of the toy section toward the back of the store. If you've been on the fence about them, today's a great day to buy them at $7.99 a piece.

OK, Toys for Tots time! Target in Villa Park has DOTM Deluxe 2-packs for $10. They are apparently paired thusly:

-Bumblebee/Air Raid (green AWACS jet)
-Nitro Bumblebee/Thundercracker
-Sideswipe/Armor Topspin
-Starscream/Roadbuster

I did not see these sets at the two other nearby Targets I visited tonight, but I'm sure they'll hit. Off you go then, be generous!
