Wouldn't he be able to go to the library to use the computers? Libraries tend to have Internet hookups.

Why don't you try the public library? Most public libraries have internet terminals.

BTW, true kings post on the forums from Wiis. Tis difficult (not so much now that they're/have released the Wii keyboard), but it gives you a sense of fulfilment.
