Thanks to site sponsor Robotkingdom we have in-hand images of the second wave of Transformers Generations Deluxes for 2014. This wave features Scoop with Targetmasters Holepunch & Caliburst, Armada Starscream, Skywarp, and the Mini-Con Assualt Team. These images also give us a look at the character bios, which confirm the Mini-Con Assault Team's names as Heavytread, Runway, Windshear, and Centuritron when combined.

Also I so want a retool/repaint of Amarda Starscream as Misfire.

I think Scoop and Starscream really need some extra detailing as these are starting to look a little bland/cheap.

Yeah they do. I got Skids, Goldfire, and Dreadwing at a TRU two days ago, and most of the other TRU stores in NC got them in as well.

It looks as though Screamer's cannons can flip down, which is good - his shoulders are too flat w/out them IMO.

I'm still holding out for a Scrapper retool of scoop. I have a modded RID Wedge in his place.

These guys look cool as hell. Im getting them all even though i already have takara skywarp. And what the hell i cant find the waspinator wave

Consider yourself lucky. The west coast is being ignored in terms of getting figures in promptly or at least the Seattle area is. We are ALWAYS behind or in some cases we don't even see certain waves of figures at all and I have a large rotation of stores that I check through. It's not as if I'm only relying on one store to have them.

Anywhoo... anyone else notice that one of Scoops Targetmasters is carrying the same name as a G1 Decepticon Targetmaster? Caliburst was the partner of G1 Slugslinger.
That's going to stick in my craw a bit when I pick this guy up but I think I'll get over it fairly easy.

Have to agree and now that I see the up close in-package pic of Starscream I am seriously considering crossing him off my list of figures to pick up. The basic design looks good but the blandness and the shade of red they used... :SICK:

That red looks NOTHING like the red they used on his original Armada incarnation and just makes the whole thing look horrid.

Centuritron and Starscream look excellent. It's a little too bad that the Mini-Con team lost some paint apps, but overall they look really nice, and they're definitely what I'm most excited about. The others look good too. Ugh, it sucks that they don't come with the comic in Canada...

scoop is the only one i plan on getting, skywarp looks good but the mold sucks, starscream looks to boring & i dont like minicons. Really hope these dont start shipping soon cause i still havent seen anything other than wave 1 at the stores, and very sparingly at that.

I actually refferring to BBTS, TF Source, Captured Prey etc. Not to mention lack of "Found at retail" stories on the front page of this website. Havent been to TRU in a while as theyre prices are crazy. If I can snag em at walmart, Ill cancel my pre-order at BBTS and ship when FP Motormaster is in stock.

Scoop looks so good. I really can't wait to get my hands on this toy along with that Starscream. For some reason I've always loved that mold even though like others have said he does look kinda bleh paint-wise.

Still haven't been able to find Waspinator or Skids yet :-(

can't get the latest wave of Generations in stores, eh?

damnit, I can't find the bleeding heart emoticon. Why not pop down to some of the shops in the UK or Europe and maybe get some Prime Beast Hunters, if they've come in yet?

Anyway. Scoop and Starscream looking like good toys. The colours are a bit "Monster In My Pocket" though. Maybe some paint apps or something to break up the neon gummy goodness?

Not to mention Australia, we're still got BH wave 01 Deluxes on the selves here, and most likely wont be seeing anything else for quite a while!

Yeah, they are looking a little bland. Does anyone know if Takara will be releasing these figures? They may better have the better detailing.

there have been several found at retail stories on several different sites.. this wave has been found at walmart, toys r us, and target.

hell.. today, two targets and two TRU's in my area had that wave.

they're not fully saturated yet.. but they're definitely out there.

i live on the east coast.. shipments usually go from west to east. so, i'd imagine most stores may have them, but they haven't been stocked yet.

also.. these days, $!2.99 isn't crazy, it's pretty average.

yesterday i picked up waspinator and dreadwing at a TRU.. $12.99 each. today, i found them at target for like $9.99, so i picked them up and plan on returning them to TRU.

Looking forward to Scoop most of all out of this wave. He was one of the earliest Transformers I remember getting as a kid and I still have my vintage one. Lots of nostalgia with this figure.

What are the chances they make a Skywarp and Thundercracker repaint? I might have to buy 3 of these Armada Starscreams so I can make the repaints myself.

I was really into the PS2 Transformers game (Armada universe). This Startscream will be in perfect scale (I hope and it looks like) to the more articulated deluxe Prime (not the big one with trailer).

So when can we expect opened, in-hand images of this wave? I'm dying to see more of them all (not so much Skywarp, since we've seen the mold bunches of times).

I want a Ramjet retool of the Armada Screamer. Not bothered about the trio for once, but that Universe paint-job on the Skywarp remould was pretty nice.

If we do get a Ramjet, more than likely we'll get Skywarp first, then we'll be offered Ramjet via TFCC, I bet.
