We've had a few situations in the past where regular members of the board call for banning of other members when some offensive things have been said. This is general info for everyone to know how our warnings and ban system works around here.
3 warnings = 3 day ban
2 more warnings = 7 day ban
1 more warnings = permaban
Besides a PM warning (which we will always do from now on) sometimes a warning can also be issued in a thread as well (this will not count as 2 warnings as one is to ensure that you get the warning and the other may be used strictly as a public record).
Now in some cases a permaban may be necessary after the first 3 warnings and sometimes a ban may be necessary almost immediately if we know that someone is here just to start serious trouble argue, flame, troll and annoy everyone. Threatening members is also another pretty much instant permaban as well.
Also a sig violation as of right now is not considered a warning that goes towards a banning (but we would like everyone to read the guidelines, especially the new people).
