Just go to Hasbro.com and click on Instructions from the Customer Service Menu.

What exactly are you looking for in Towline's instructions? He's basically straight forward.

You either Plug a torso mode robot onto his base, or you just fold his legs back over his shoulders, and open up his waist panel (as if going back to Van mode), fold it open to expose the powerlinx joint, and plug him onto a pair of legs.

He ends up being little more than chest, and head. With big honking cannons on his shoulders.

One more thing to really complete this: unlike the rest, Tow-Line has no lower body (aka "pants" mode). Instead he has his base which can connect either with him or any other deluxe-size Autobot figure.
