Are you kidding? Inuyasha may have the backlash wave but Ghost Rider would grab him with his chains and use the penance stare on him in no time flat. The rider takes this one

The penance stare won't work given that Inuyasha is full demon now.

Inu-Yasha might be damn strong....but if try to slash Ghost Rider whit his claw, he's gonna burn like a piece of paper. (At least, the not-covered part, cuz its clothing is kinda immune to fire...)
