I am trying to figure out which to get an Ipad or an Ipod touch. If you have one or the other or both please let me know which one you would recomand and why. I like the price of the touch and i can read the IDW full page and still read the words plus my PDF comics i can make full screen and still read the words as well. But the ipad is a nice size. Which should i get? The Price of the Ipad is still high that is the one problem i have.

Depends on what you want you want out of it.

Do you want a laptop replacement?

Get a iPad.

Or, do you want a mp3 player + extras?

Get an Ipod Touch.

The only real difference is where you would plan to use it. I'd go with the Ipod, just for the portability of it.

Like Jesterhead mentions, what is the real purpose of the device.

If you want an mp3 player with extra features, and the portability of a cell phone go with the iPod.

If you want a nicer more streamlined web experience, and the same amount applications, but don't mind the extra size go with the iPad.

It all depends what you want to do with it.

Yeah, it depends on what you are looking for.
If you want something handy, itouch is the one.
If you're more of a person who plays a lot ipad is great because of it's big screen.
If you just have the budget for itouch, then go for it.
Just save up for the ipad next time.
I like them both and will save up to own those two gadgets.
you can use them separately depending on what you want to do for the day.

Thanks for your help. I will probably go with the ipad because my laptop is starting to go. It will still work for syncing and working a little but i would love to have the ipad to replace taking it out and about. Also you are right the screen is bigger and i think the comics will look better on a bigger screen.
