I was hoping to find out who would win but i can't seem to find people who post there opinions with good support to back it up i hope it's different here.

Rules:
It's a random encounter morals are on for one scenario.
For the second scenario morals are off, and it's also a random encounter.
Both scenarios take place in a city, (i.e. New York).
Iron man is in his current, bleeding edge armour.
Batman is Bruce, not Dick.

Superman would once again be holding back, Stark would be drunk, Jordan would be full of himself, and Bruce would be focused and determined with a complete plan already prepared. Hence, Batman wins.

No morals: Superman shoots his eye beams at Bruce causing him to drop the Kryptonite and then throws all three of them into the sun.

Ironman would shoot everyone, take a piece of Cryptonite shove it up Superman's ass and blow his head off.

when on the ropes..Iron man will bring out his Superman/Green Lantern buster armor out,and then that's over..It will be a battle to see who's bank account is bigger Stark's or Wayne's

Even though I'm a Batman Fanboy(Very proud of it), I think that Iron Man would win.

This. Either Superman or Hal take down Iron Man, though I wouldn't put it past Batman to have some kind of EMP weapon on him. Drunk or sober, it doesn't matter, Batman, Superman, and Hal Jordan have all faced worse.

Because Batman has proven, time and again, that though he doesn't have any superpowers of his own, he's still capable of fighting on the level of actual superhumans.

If Morals are off, this goes to Superman. Just read the Red Son graphic novel. The Soviet Superman took out Batman (though admittedly with Wonder Woman's help), and ATE Green lantern's ring. Unless Iron man gets a Kryptonite powered repulsor, he's a goner. And given that Superman's beaten Metallo, another kryptonite powered mechanical person, I'd say Supes still gets the win.

Morals on, then my Money's on Batman. Superman wouldn't use full power, GL is strong-willed but not nearly the tactician Batman is. Iron Man would probably be able to take out GL, if only by being smart enough to have a weapon that can refract and counter a light-based GL weapon. Batman would weaken superman with kryptonite, disable Iron Man's armor through his own tech, and as for GL...
