Yeah.. I'm using Firefox and sometimes its timing out saying there was no page data to load.. and.. I have just discovered that clicking emoticons just pushes the page to the top :S weird..
On top of that only things I've noticed is stuff taking ages to load.. and I have pretty reliable broadband speeds (and its only 2meg)
I just assumed it was either the server the sites held on, or that someone's working on part of the site in the background -shrugs-

It was acting up today for me when I was in the Student Computing Center here on campus. Could've been something with IE, I don't know cuz I'm running Firefox on my computer. It's working fine now, though.
