Yeah it is, as far as I know. I have a repaint 2007 Megatron from that line. A light blue and light gray one. Looks better than the regular version.

I am so confused. I thought premium only came out in standard packaging. All spark?
Ok, I just found an ironhide all spark on google images. See pic.
I had no idea they did all spark with premium. I'd love to see blackout all spark in premium.
I dare anyone to post a pic of it.....mooo ha ha. Damn that has to be rare.

That might be foreign packaging.
