I'm pretty sure Zelda got it from someone who stripped off the tampos to do a custom, then abandoned the project before completing it, so I don't think that's the issue.

The hinge joint on mine was tight, tight enough to hold the weight in any position. Yours have been tinkered with, so I suspect the pin was not inserted back in correctly.
