When I go to connect to xbox live my system says I am having problems connecting to port 4330 can somebody help please

Unfortunately, I can't look at them because I'm at work where they block anything video game-related, but it sounds like one of them can at least tell you what port 4330 is (maybe not necessarily fix the problem) or give you a start.

Does that port have something to do with your firewall? I had problems with mine and had to reconfigure it. You might want to turn off your firewall and try to conect to live just to see if that is the problem.

It was working up till about two weeks ago last night I even tried running a net work cable between the router and the 360 no joy but it says ever so often that I am running xbox live but can not put in my 12 month sub for xbox live or even look at anything on xbox live
