Yah, the US is real Xenophobic. The freakin country is founded on immigrants and despite some questionable foreign policy at times, does a damn site more to help other countries than most of the world does.
Are you trying to imply that you feel bad for the victims, but they deserved what they got as thats how your grossly misspelt post reads.
Actually, what i wanted to say was:
Despite that many American publically insulted me, my province and my culture (Not on this board), that some people who died that day din't deserved it. The people on those doomed flight just happened to be there at the bad moment...
Its just my opinion, but i still find the U.S kinda Xenophobic....or maybe its just that i had a bad experience on another board...i don't have the word to define my opinion...
You ever think it might be you?
Seriously, I have lots of friends in Montreal and I can tell you that no Americans really think bad stuff about Canada, the only morons I ever hear say stuff are when they think Quebec is part of France.
Funny thing was when I was in Canada last (I have an aparmtent in Toronto for work, so I'm there for a week at least once a month), they kept making fun of me for being American (the people I work with up there), they kept saying I knew nothing about Geography cause I was unfamiliar with Ontario...but when this English speaking Quebecor pushed the issue, I started to quiz him back on his home provice. Like, where's Ku'juak, name 5 towns in Gaspesie, etc. He flet like an idiot, then I told him about St. Pierre and Miquelon...he never even knew they existed.
Maybe you should take from my experience that there are assholes everywhere, and it doesn't matter what side of the border they are on.
Being mad at Canada just doesn't work.
"Ohhhhhh, stupid Candadians!"
"What did they do now?"
"They...they...they pass off their quarters for ours! Now I can't buy a coke from the machine. Grrrr."
(BTW: this was an actual quote from worklol )
Besides, everyone knows that the best actors and comedians come from Canada.
But seriously, Nico, you're condemning a whole country for the actions of one message board?

Though seriously-- most Americans think of Canada the way Chicagoans think of Wisconsin.
