New Transformers Earthspark Specials to be Released in December

Seibertron member Sabrblade has pointed out that Nickelodeon's Transformers Earthspark series will finally be getting its finale. On December 5th, Paramount Plus will release two new specials to close out this series. The new specials names have been released as "Home Town Heroes" and "Legacy of Hope." The trailer, linked below shows some of the action.
This is the first news we have had for Earthspark in a while since the official images of the upcoming Cosmos and Spitfire Deluxe figures... hopefully this finale will drive these figures to have more distribution, and maybe even add a few of the new protagonists that will be introduced in the specials!

Its basically just episodes edited together. Nothing really "special". There's already been several multipart episodes. I guess you can call Hometown heroes episodes 45 & 46, then Legacy of Hope 47-49. I guess its evident the show had budget and production issues since they weren't able to crank out another 3 episodes to hit that 52 episode mark and have 2 true full seasons.

I tell you guys what...

Whatever production-wise happened after season 1 did this show such a massive disservice. Talk about going out with a whimper.

The character assassination of Megatron, the sort of character assassination of Bee and Thrash, the fact that Jawbreaker, Hashtag, and Nightshade were all but shunted away, HOT ROD, the animation, holy cows.

Cyberverse showed how you make this work and make an awesome ending that has some fun while also perfectly closing out your series. It is a reason that show is top 4 TF shows. This one went in reverse, starting out strong and just going out badly.

This show and this cast deserved so much more.

This is where we would wait and hope for the next thing to be better, but the next thing (Cyberworld & Wild King) are already here.
