This is a clash of the vampiric titans. Manga/Ova version of Alucard vs the novel version of Vampire Hunter D. As a note, the novel version is about twice as badass as the movie version.

Well, Alucard beat down the millions of souls residing in him in the last chapter, revived himself from a dried up husk of a mummy with one drop of blood, and generally isn't harmed by normal vampire weaknesses, stakes through heart, sunlight, crossing bodies of water etc.

Alucard can also summon all of his avatars whenever he wants.

Pretty clear who my money's on!

But on the same notion, D broke through a dimensional trap and may or may not have briefly broke spacetime. Also, he has his hand, which can revive him from dirt. I honestly think it's more of a fair fight than it would initially seem.
