Architecture software
- Weapon: Stinger Missile
Does anyone know any free, easy architecture software out there? Looking for something that does building planning, not so much landscaping.

If you are a university student, I can provide you with a link for Autocad 2006 Civil 3D. It would have something along the lines of
"This is a student version" written along the bottom of any printouts. I don't know if it would work with an american university registration, but it may.

Sketchup is more for visual presentations than actual archetecture designing. It is damn good fun to play around with though.

True. Got stuck in the mentality we were told.
My Lecturers wrote:Sketchup is nothing more than a visualisation tool for presentations. Autocad is what you use for the designing work.
Although I find Autocad easy as well. Guess I'm just... strange.
Sketchup is easy, when the lines all connect and the polygons go where they are suppossed to.
