Last night I got back home from Comic-Con, it was a short trip but I had tons of fun.
Right off the bat, I couldn't get some exclusives like a Watchmen poster of the super exclusive 300 DVD set
But I got a ton of sketches done...
Spidey by Tom Beland. Insanely fun to talk to.

David Mack did a quick drawing for me.

The Astonishing Wolfman by Jason Howard

Mini-Daredevil by Chris Giarusso!

Snake-Eyes by Tim Seeley

A stunning Superman sketch by Ivan Reis. Green Lantern's great... but I miss his Action Comics stuff. Awesome all around.

I didn't have a copy of Spidey Loves Mary Jane on me but Sean McKeever did a bad sketch for me LoL

Walking Dead's Charlie Adlard didn't do a zombie sketch... he did a friggin portrait! It's gruesome. It's gorgeous.

Duke by Josh Blaylock. Another situation where I wish I had his comics on me.

Ben Templesmith doing what he does best

As soon as I saw Michael Gaydos (along with Ben Templesmith) at the Fox Atomic booth, I immediately though "I need a Jessica Jones!"

Savage Dragon by Erik Larsen

Dead West's Rob G drawing the title character (essentially The Man With No Name)

lilformers.com's Matt Moylan drawing Optimus Prime. Moylan's online strip is awesome if you're a Transformers fan.

Invincible by Ryan Ottley! Hands down the best looking sketch I have and I'm truely happy to have it...

Though one page takes the cake. I saw Paul Dini at the DC booth and I was kicking myself I didn't have Detective Comics or the Batman DVDs on me (not enough time to run to the car). So I settle on getting a signature in my sketchbook which I was perfectly happy with. But a minute later Bruce Timm walks up behind me!!! Even though he didn't have a booth he was more than happy to do a super quick sketch...

Since I had to leave early I didn't have time to get sketches by Phil Noto (I'd ask for Scarlett), Rob Liefeld (Captain America!), Lenil Yu (couldn't decide) or Alex Maleev (Elektra for sure). Oddly enough, even though I'm a Marvel guy I spent most my time at DC. Go figure.
I'm a bit wiped, but I'm sending Ryan tons of pictures to add to the site.
Next time I'll have to post the autograph I got from Sgt. Slaughter (yes,
Sgt. Slaughter). And the best one of the bunch... NEIL GAIMAN.
I'm one happy fanboy.
