Hal is the one person Batman couldn't beat so long as Hal had the ring, not to mention Hal doesn't take any of Batman's @#$%

Green Lantern wins. Though the addition of the Transformers to this seems incredibly pointless.

I suspect that the Transformers have faster reflexes. Thundercracker could take out Bats and Hal with two bullets, or one if they stood in line. Then, he'd start on Sideswipe. Unfortunately for Thundercracker, Sideswipe would've been given a can of shark repellent by Batman earlier. The noxious chemical would force Thundercracker to flee and then wash himself in the nearest large body of water.
