Batman: The Animated Series
"On Leather Wings"
A mysterious bat-like creature terrorizes Gotham City, causing the police force to pursue Batman. The Dark Knight must find the real perpetrator to clear his name.
I like this episode because I see they're using the 1989 Batmobile design which has always been my favorite.
This is the first time I've seen Man-Bat.

I liked the Batman Animated Series. One thing I didn't like was Killer Croc's sickly white skin.

I'm sorry but this has to be the most ridiculous statement of all Seibertron history.

Re: Batman: The Animated Series
I like how we see Batman's arsenal of weapons, knowledge and skill.
For example in "On Leather Wings", we see him use those balls that emit sleeping gas. He uses a grappling line a couple times, to travel between buildings and another time he shoots it from a gun to grapple onto Man-Bat. The intro has him using his batarang to knock guns out of people's hands.
Batman obviously knows gymnastics and how to fight.
Finally he was able to analyze and cure Man-Bat using the Batcomputer. So he is knowledgeable and skilled in biochemistry.
As Bruce Wayne he donates millions to research which buys him favors, resources and influence.

A new schtick now? You copy pasting the synopsis now? I thought you don't like to read sequential images?

That's a secret no? 'cause by your previous action, comparing yourself to a standard like that wackjob in Colorado tends to disprove that statement.
Different IP address.

Why haven't I heard of the villain Man-Bat before this episode "On Leather Wings". Was he created by the writers is the show?

Burn, I meant was that he, duragrip used his brain. Yet he is comparing himself to that oranged haired wackadoodle.
But if you mean he keeps on shifting IPs, then that means he's smart?

Since you're smart enough to jump IPs. Reading a tome of sequential artwork chronicling the adventures of a DNA altered human cum nocturnal flying creature will clarify your understanding of the character or use google.

Who was the creator of Batman: The Animated Series? I think it was Paul Dini, but Bruce Timm seems to get all the credit.

Yup. Let's start with you using Google to search for your answers first. Then post it to inform us of the results. At least I get to learn something new.

You don't say.........
Now go march out to a comic book store and read yourself some 1970 and 1980s Batman comics. You'll learn to get into it far better than the cartoons.
