Best Way to Imitate G1 Soundwave's Voice?

In my computer class, we're doing individual video projects about any topic we want. I was going to make a commercial hosted by Soundwave. I have a WFC Soundwave ready to go, but I'm not sure how to make his voice happen. Is there a good program to use that works with Macintosh?

Either that or you can do this: Listen to the sound of a deep inhale from yourself, then, try and do your voice like that. Just thinking from scratch :lol:
