I actually have an idea. I had a premise for that would ultimately lead to the introduction of a certain villain (not Unicron) in this game, though he wouldn't physically be enountered for awhile.

My idea is that through the power struggles of the Autobots and Decepticons returning to Cybertron, a hidden group of transformers exiled by their bretheren on both sides makes a gambit to crush both sides and sieze Cybertron for themselves.

The group consists of thirteen "fallen" transformers, six Autobots, six Decepticons, with the unseen leader sort of mirroring the original 13. Each one is infused with power from their leader, making them stronger than they originally were (but defeatable).

But one of the real challenges here would be that Optimus and Megatron would be taken out (stasis lock) by this group sort of drawing the Earth-bound bots and cons into the fray eventually, forcing guys like Magnus, Prowl, Starscream, and Shockwave to try and run things. The purpose of this is to try and give the lesser Autobots and Decepticons a chance to shine without having to rely on their leaders so much.

I apologize I should have been more specific about the storyline. The Bots and the Cons will meet up in the not so distant future; so a smaller storyline only affecting just the Bots is what's called for here. Any ideas on something small would be most welcome.

Maybe one of the Autobots could fall down a deep shaft while exploring the area and is injured and lost in the lower levels of Cybertron. The others then have to send a search and rescue team to look for their lost comrade. They could encounter all sorts of nasty critters as they go (like the cyber rats). I'm thinking maybe Hot Rod could be the one to fall down the shaft since he's the daredevil of the group. Just an idea.

We understand that there are things in life that need our attention, so the staff believes that posting in the game at least once a week is fair to all the players. As it is the players who do post regularly have had to wait two and, sometimes, three weeks for a response from another player; this is unacceptable. We all want the game to flow smoothly and that requires players to post. Please take the time once a week to make your posts to keep the game going, if this is impossible for you to do then please feel free to contact Deva or myself about another alternative.

It is January 2nd, and a Saturday. You can't expect posting to instantly jump up today. I fully expected the holidays to slow things down in the game. I know I've been busy with work and family stuff. I expect posting will come back this coming week.

Ember is having some Real life stuff going on right now. Until she gets back I'll be covering her characters. I plan to do some posting this weekend.

Ok, i'm just grabbing a quick moment to apolagise as sincerly as I can for dropping off the face of the earth, yet again. Basicaly i've had a return of certain health problems the last few months which, not be rude, i'd rather not go into detail with accept with certain people. Its safe to say I haven't been in much of a fit state to be doing much of anything.

I am, however, now alive and well (enough), and again, I apolagise for not being around, or not letting people know how I am. I will probably be on AIM the next few nights, so those who already know me on that should be able to catch me if they would like to have a chat.

I, too, have had some computer issues as of late. A repair guy came out today and replaced the motherboard and memory cards. Hopefully, this will resolve the dreaded blue screen problem. I should be able to post again this weekend. Sorry for the delay.

Ember has encountered another series of computer problems and these seem more severe than her earlier problems. I am not certain when she will be back. If necessary I will cover her characters until she returns.
