Thanks. For now I'm going to leave the accents, another guy I know painted the whole car red and the grill black it looked pretty good so I may do that in the future.

Thanks, but I didn't make the head, a guy on Tfans is making and selling them. All I did was paint it. I wish I was as talented as this guy.
The quality is first rate, I highly recommend him. Here's a link:

You have to re-use the eyes from the original head.
That repainted Bumblebee head just won't do as far as I'm concerned.

I wish people would make a bumblebee head and sell em. I kinda need one as mine is messed up cos im an idiot. I managed to kinda save it but it still looks iffy. And this head is nice but its nothing that a good scratchbuilder or someone with experiance on styrene and model filler couldnt make.

You've done a nice job on the paint, but personally I haven't been a fan of that head since I first saw it. The sides enclose the face too much, and it really needs more detailing. That and the horns just look weird.
For the record, rather than paint him red when you get to it, try just stripping the silver paint with alcohol or something. There's no point painting it the same colour as the plastic is already, and that way you won't have to worry about rubbing or scratching.

I don't understand what you mean? The plastics original color is a cream/beige color.

No the plastic is dyed red, the silver is painted on, so alcohol will sizzle it off and not even hurt theplastic.
Also id recommend painting the grey plastic parts of his arms red (the forearm sections that have the doors attached to them), it'll make a world of difference and really add a cutom look to it.
All you need is some hobby paint and a brush.

I was talking about the color for the plastic for the custom head, which is cream/biege. I didn't paint any of the other parts of Cliffjumper but I have seen people do just that.

Ah, right. No, I (and Sonray) was talking about the silver paint apps - you said you intended to paint the whole thing red at some point. We were saying it'd be more effective to take the silver paint off with alcohol, rather than try to paint red over it.
