My awesome Girlfriend found Windcharger! Finally! After passing on him at Target twice about 4 months ago I was starting to think I would forever regret it(I didn't know at the time he was so rare and I usually don't buy scouts)! Anyway, she said there was a Grapple, 2 Lugnuts, 2 Deep Dives and 4 BH's Primes, at the Ross on University and Orchard, that is, happy hunting!

Seems like Target is the early adopter for Earthrise.

First week of February and I've spotted several deluxes of Cliffjumper and Hoist and a couple of Battlemasters of the Military patrol.
