darth vader vs neo
ok so say in a virtual world, DV is able to reach his full potential as a jedi/sith, against
neo - the matrix
neo - the second matrix film
neo - the 3rd matrix film
who would win
both are chosen ones, but which one is more chosen?

Vader would learn about what it is possible to do in the Matrix, and then Neo would be toast. Though Neo might get lucky if Vader runs into any Mr. Smiths. Then the Smith might "convert" Vader, and then he'd be easier to kill.

Seeing Vader think he has all his SW abilities while in the matrix in a fight with Neo could be end witha multiple outcomes.
1) Neo barely believes he's the chosen one and doesn't fully understand what that should entail followinng the first matrix movie. His powers within the matrix are not a suitable match for the SithLord, though DV could well learn what Neo, or atleast Trinity, could do. This slight reality bending coupled with DV force powers would permit him to untimately take over the matrix. Nice going Neo. Mr.Smith absorbing Luke is our only hope now... Winner Vader.
2)This one is a bit tricky, and will likely show the best possible fight. Neo still thinks ther is a ceiling on what he can do in the matrix while VD thinks there is nothing he can't do with the force, short of reviving his mummy and Pademay. If SW movies are in the matrix and Neo thinks he can block one, he may just have a chance. If not once DV see's his measure Anikin will use force spam to end the fight. Mr.Smith then absorbs Vader or the defeated Neo and nothing will be able to stop him... winner still Vader
3) Neo would still believe himself to be the chosen one able to do anything in the matrix if this is following the last movie. So, should Vader not instantly force spam him to death, Neo could develope something akin to DV's abilities while he's in the matrix aswell. Outcome: Vader dies and Neo could now truely defeat Mr.Smith on his own.
Since the question left out an outside fight i've assumed Vader believed he was on the outside himself at the start of each fight hence his ability to use his force powers.

Vader would force choke him no matter where he is.

Even outside the Matrix, Neo still has the upper hand. He can fry electronics with his mind. It takes a bit out of him, but he could do that to get rid of Vader quickly.
Inside the Matrix, it could go either way.

I don't think it's a question of power..it's how the two deal with problems. Neo might be more powerfull but he has no idea what he can do half the time, and he's "nice"..like that ever won a fight. Vader, however is just a vicious piece of work..besides, we're talking a full powered vader, not mr. crispy-pants..so no electronics to fry. Vader has it in the bag;neo's head that is.

Vader wouldn't die right away if Neo was somehow able to disable Vader's electronics, and he would have enough time to apply the Force Choke long enough to kill Neo. Vader might also die, but he would outlive Neo by a few seconds, thus earning him a win.
Inside the Matrix, as was pointed out, Vader would hit his full potential, he would destroy Neo.
Vader, inside and out.

That's really weird because I don't see too many villains winning fights. Typically the heroes win, and typically these heroes are "nice."
Aside form which, I wouldn't classify Neo as a "nice guy." He's often more than willing to kill Agents, which he KNOWS means killing innocent humans. Plus, I don't think I've ever seen him go for a non-lethal kill.

This thread is old, so I think I'll have to reiterate this; Outside, probably Vader, assuming Neo doesn't fry Vader's Suit. Inside, it's a coin toss, but I'd go with Neo. This is a guy who can block a sword with his bare hand and only receive a minor cut, and someone who can suffer a pile driver at what one can only assume is beyond terminal velocity from hundreds of feet up, the force of which ends up creating a twenty foot deep hole in the pavement, and after which he's still capable of standing, and fighting.
