Deaths Head vs Sixshot

Original Deaths Head went one on one with both Rodimus Prime and Furmans Galvatron and took out both Cyclonus and Scourge.
Sixshot is a 1 robot army who took out the arialbots and Ultra Magnus.
Who wins?

Death's Head got shrunk to human size by Dr. Who in the 1980s. Sixshot wins.
