Just an FYI for those with direct TV, the classic G1 episodes are playing on discovery family, along with classic GI Joe. I have DVRed them as they come out. Season 2 is,now playing, and they even did the rebirth episode 3 part as well. Check it out if you have directTV, not sure if it's on dish or another network. It doesn't look like the madman versions, they seem original and not remastered, and not in HD so there's that. But nice to rewatch and remember how the show really went.

That channel's been airing G1 and G.I. Joe: ARAH ever since it became The Hub back in 2010. It's a Hasbro co-owned channel and is the channel that both Prime and Rescue Bots air on.

The version of G1 that airs on it is the Shout! Factory version.
