I really dug the whole Deceps as Rescue vehicles thing that was presented to us in the first TF movie, what better a deception than posing as the vehicles that we come to trust and go to when we need help.

I liked the Smolder from PCC but wished he could have been more. When I seen the Specialist Ratchet released I got to work on making him into a bigger version of Smolder only this time more along the lines of a Target Master.

Devious, Evil, An Homage to possibly the best PCC Figure, and the minicon fits in without fail. It comes together flawlessly. This would make a great movieverse figure. Oh well, according to hasblow PCC and Movieverse are the same Universe, so Smolder and Chopster are supposedly movie figures. But here we see it done RIGHT.

Yep, that beats the PCC version!

I don't know anything about the background info on these two characters, but I really like what I'm seeing. The head sculpt design matches Ratchet's body design, and Chopster looks worlds better with all his clear plastic parts repainted in solid colors.
