I realize DOTS come in different flavors technically but I always inhale the whole box's worth in one handful so I wouldn't really know.
Do you guys mean best candy or best Halloween candy? There are a few for me that stand out more as Halloween candy, such as sweet tarts, smarties and peanut chews. Sugar Daddies are another good one.

Rockets were my favourite Halloween candy as a kid. But the best candy is those sour tarts you'ld get out of the vending machines.
