After about 2 1/2 months of waiting I finally got my replacement 20th ann. DVD Prime from hasbro, so I just found out yesterday how frickin awesome he is =P~

. He's also a hell of a lot heavier than I thought :shock:

! Well worth the wait, Hasbro really hit ball outta the park on this one! :APPLAUSE:

Why did they have to "replace" it? Did it have some major breakage, or did it just take that long to ship?

Hes indeed a great toy, got it myself, i only dislike the blue gun and Megatron on the left-arm communicator :oops:

And the voice-plate freaks me out

But indeed a very nice figure! And no he isnt that orange at all!

Yeah, I would think Hasbro PR would try to get issues soled faster than this.

When I got it at Wal-Mart the box was torn up, missing the bottom tray, and it looked like a return item. The main reason was it didn't come with the matrix, and Hasbro said they couldn't just replace that, but the whole thing

So you sent it to them and they sent you a new, boxed one? Nice.

I remember when I was a kid I got a M.A.S.K. Thunderhawk that didn't come with one of the wing pieces, and Kenner sent me everything but the car itself, i.e. both wing pieces, Matt Trakker, Matt's mask, the two little bombs from the bottom, and new seat belts. That was great customer service for back in the days before 1-800 numbers and websites.
