Nemesis (Series 1)
Steelhaven (Movie)
Scorpinok (Rebirth or Headmasters version)
Thunder Arrow (Victory)
Deazsaurus Fortress (Victory)
Masterforce didn't have a huge ship, did it?
My money is on the Fortress.

I think i'ld go for the one that transforms into two other modes and even OP thinks has the right to freedom. Of course it didn't stop Ginrai from beating him....
