g1 episode 1 question
So I decided to rewatch g1 series all over again just out of boredom and just starting on episode 1 I just noticed something... the autobots all flew? lol I barely remember that guess thats the only time they all actually flew without jetpacks right? Man rewatching old cartoons u always seem to catch stuff u didnt catch when u were young.

yeah they flew. but the people in charge realized that the cons needed a way to escape without the bots following. so it was never seen again

Burn:Anyone notice how much of a boring party pooper N_V is? He doesn't join in the fun, he's spent the last few years with dodgy builds feeding XP to the Autobots, and he sure as heck doesn't spam.

Re: g1 episode 1 question
I seem to recall the Autobots flew on-and-off at random throughout the series. They even surfed.
Man, being the continuity person on that show, if indeed there even was one, must have been a nightmare. Or maybe continuity was partying every night and came into the office drunk all the time.

Most the Autobots flying were in Eps1-3, but you're partially right... you later see others like Gears in S.O.S. Dinobots and I think Brawl (EDIT-- I meant to saw Brawn) or maybe Wheeljack in Plague of Insecticons fly for very brief periods of time.
Season 2 did a much better job of only allowing Skyfire, Powerglide, Dinobots (don't know why), Cosmos, Tracks, Aerialbots, and Omega Supreme fly.
Then comes Season 3 where sometimes the autobots fly in space -- I guess the gravatational pull being low helps?

Hahah yeah well the dinobots SHOULD be able to fly...Except for Swoop of course because that wouldn't make any sense...
