Has there been any canon G1 continuity stuff taking place after the end of Beast Machines?
Be it comic, or other form of media, has the story continued past the last episode of Beast Machines where all the happy technorganics are running down the hill?

I think that was the last of the G1 continuity. What a way to end. Beast Machines needs to be retconned somehow. That show was an abomination.

It was just too friggin' bizarre for me.
Life can be pretty sweet when your alt-mode is a B-2 Stealth Bomber.

Beast Machines had some interesting ideas, drawing a lot from the G1 storyline. The problem was, man, Bob Skir just seemed to hate Transfandom. The guy was in an unenviable position, following up a series that was so well loved by fans, and the fact that the dismissal of Bob Forward and Larry DiTillio caused a lot of grief didn't help matters.
But it just seemed like Skir wagged the middle digit at the fans constantly. Given some comments made by the guy in public, it's not too hard to imagine things like the destruction of Optimus's statue as having a little malice to them. But then, what he did to Rhinox. Not even stopping at the way his character was treated on the show, he even came back for Legends and made sure Rhinox's spark was completely destroyed. Just... wow.
I've watched some of the show and managed to enjoy aspects of it, but it's REAL hard to get past Skir's open hostility. Compared to him, Michael Bay is inviting us all for milk and cookies.

They called it Transformers Universe, brought back Optimus Primal, and Unicron, not to mention every character that was possible to fit in a series. It exists in comic form, a toyline, and you coul probably read more about it on the tf wikia.

There's also the Wreckers comic that preceded that.

WHOOF. I'm almost afraid I asked.
