Well, first off, you'll want to take at least two pics out of your signature - there are rules for sigs here; one pic maximum, no more than 500 px wide and 300 px high. Not everyone's on high-speed broadband, so if you've got a ton of pics in every post, it'll take a week for their pages to load.
Anyway, what do you mean by "tell me what to do"? Look around, talk to people, ask questions, find out stuff!
And watch out for the nuts. I hear they bite...

Not strictly true. They will only load the once, then cached, and then just repeated. It is stil annoying though
