Help ID Transformer

Hey gang. I need help to identify this Transformer. I think this is a pre-rub. I cannot figure out which character this is. Any help is appreciated.

Weapon: Double-Barreled, Armor-Piercing Particle Beam Cann...

Also there is no pre rub version of Doubledealer as he came much later in the toy line (1988). I think they just stopped using them by this time.
