I found the site by browsing the toys galleries. I then lurked around for a bit than signed up.

alt.toys.transformers, back when it seemed full of people willing to bash some bloke called "Ryan".
So I had to check his website to see what it was all about. Four and a half years later ....

This is a great thread by the way. I love to hear about how people found Seibertron.com. It seems that all of my work on the site for SEO (search engine optimization) over the years has really paid off as well as some of the other features on this website. I'm glad that all of you are here. I believe my work on programming changes starts up again today. Just have to do laundry tonight, watch Heroes and work on ... Seibertron.com once again!

The guys over at TFW2005 directed me over here when I was trying to work on getting some fellow Michigan fans to hangout together. I wanted to try and meet some fans that live in my area, but it would seem nobody's interested. Oh well... guess if I'm going to meet any fans, it'll be at BotCon... if I can scrunge enough $$$ to go.

I think the MIchigan guys do get together. You'll have to talk to them some more to find out when and where they get together at. It might just be a close knit group of them though, I don't know.

I'm sure they have done so in the past, but I think my problem is that the guys that I've talked to all live within the Detroit area, and I live roughly a half hour from Ann Arbor. So far, there's only one guy that lives not far from me (he's in Grass Lake).
I'm kind of curious if there's anyone who lives around the Ann Arbor area. I've never driven to Detroit and surrounding areas, nor do I intend to. I'd feel a lot better if I could meet up with fans within my general area, so that way I'm in an area I'm familiar with.

Hey Seibertron, thanks for the use of your web site. I referenced it a lot after the movie came out. I actually came across it while looking for TF belt buckles and transforming hood ornaments. It was a while before I joined the forums. There is a lot of good stuff here and a lot of good people.

There are a ton of fans from around that area. I grew up in Fenton, MI, just north of Ann Arbor and Brighton off 23.

Yeah, I'm able to watch the referer logs. The site shows up in the top 10 for a lot of things, which is awesome.

But, I gotta know, have you ever got weird searches, like for robot Porn and stuff? Because I'd like to see what kind of WTF? things people search for and find this.

Thanks for everything you've done here, dear! I was never one for message boards myself (I am a chat-room junkie)..but this one turned me around! Decent people here (moreso than a few other TF message boards I have had the displeasure of going to...and leaving!)....YAY Seibertron!

I personally like the search for"Damnit Starscream! You've failed me for the last time! Again!"
I swear, who's that particular?
