My Tribune today has a Meijer ad with the followig TFs at $10.88: Deluxe, FAB, and Gravity Bots. Looks like I may be getting a little G-Bot Bumblebee and FAB Jolt love. Prices good thru 10/14.

I paid a visit to the Carpentersville Wal-Mart and they had a ton of new TF's. 3 each of Powerglide, Hardhead and Skyfall as well as a ton of new deluxes and voyagers.

Not as of this morning. I just came back from there and they had nothing. I made the mistake of asking the employees about them and got a bunch of clueless responses.

Just for fun I also checked out the TRU's in Schaumburg and Bloomingdale and got similar responses. They had every other exclusive, but not the two newest ones.

Target on Irving Park Rd in, what, Itasca (?) had a few ROTF Bruticus combiner sets on sale for $21! If you need one, go get it, that's a great price.

On a mildly related note, they also had the new Bakugan maxus Draginoid, a combiner fig made up of 7 separate bakugan figs. I have a few Bakugan balls that are a great fit for Armada Unicron, and these guys look pretty cool. $40 tho, ouch.

Well, the Algonquin TRU had two Perceptors and one Insecticon 3-pack. I picked them up this afternoon. Still looking for one more Insecticon 3-pack for my brother.

My brother paid a visit to the TRU in Crystal Lake and they had two Insceticon 3-packs and one Perceptor in stock. He bought one of the Insecticon packs and left the other one and the Perceptor.

The TRU in North Riverside had 2 Insecticon sets and 1 Perceptor. I didn't think I would see the Insecticons, so I swore that the Wal-Mart Red Powerglide would be my only TF purchase for awhile since I had already dropped $25+ for the original PG months ago and was not pleased having to pay another $30 for a figure that should have been done correctly in the 1st place.

However, I caved on those metallic buggers. I really wanted those Insecticons more than any other recent TF figures.

That TRU was overflowing with Transformers. I saw the Hoist/Mixmaster repaints, which I think were about $35 (what's with this price point for a repainted deluxe and voyager together Hasbro? This should be no more than $30). The Soundwave/Fallen/1st movie Voyager Megatron 3 pack was also there (Soundwave didn't look that bad in G1 colors, but that Megatron figure and its repaints need to be put to rest).

Hell, there were even 2 Universe Infernos, the 1st time I've seen that figure in retail, only several months after his release! I got so tired of looking for him that I finally just caved and bought it from HTS awhile ago, complete with a huge side of Inferno's head missing black paint when I took him out of the box.

TRU in Bloomingdale, Army Trail Rd near Stratford Square Mall, had one each of Perceptor and the Insecticons- I bought the 'cons, god they are awesome!

They also had these cool mini-TF keychains, 2 to a pack, for $4. Nice little robot mode, non-poseable replicas, pretty cool.

Also stopped by the Schaumburg TRU and almost left to go recruit the Constructicons to help me clean the TF aisle up. There were TF's everywhere. Didn't see Perceptor or the Insecticons there, didn't see a shelf sticker for them either.

Plenty of ROTF Voyagers at $13 too, and ROTF Scouts at $5. Awesome sale.

I was at the Butterfiled TRU last night (looking for Zhu Zhu Pets for my girl. They had several Insecticon and Perceptors, same deal at TRU on 75th in Darien.

If they'd had the Zhu Zhu Pets, I was going to buy the Back Road Brawl set, but they had neither Did our hero wait too long?! :shock:

Just an FYI ... I noticed that the Jewel in Mt Prospect at Dempster and Elmhurst had a bunch of deluxe figures from the first movie. Seemed like figures from a couple of different waves. I didn't see any Bumblebees, but there were at least 6 different molds there. Not sure if this is a chain wide thing or just specific to that particular Jewel. Arcee was part of the stock they had.

Nothing new at the Rosemont / Des Plaines Target on Mannheim tonight.

I spoke to a local Target employee about Leo Prime and gave her the DCPI number and she told me online order only through Target.com!!! and i got mine about 2 weeks ago and this version looks some much better than the red version that came out 4 to 6 months ago...
