Is there a big difference in audio and video quality between Rhino DVDs and the Shout! Factory DVDs?

I have the complete series from the Rhino release and was wondering if it's even worth it to get the new version. Extras don't matter to me because I probably won't ever watch them. However, if the sound and picture quality is really that much better I'll probably think about getting the new DVDs.
