James Lunddon from Transformers 4
Hi everyone! I was able to establish a small role in Transformers 4 age of extinction. My friend Pete Kelly pulled me into his scenes and helped me get exposure. I do have a fan page, official website, and IMDb page. I am trying to build a fan base so Michael Bay or the Transformers 5 will bring me back for a better role. Look forward to hearing from everyone.

I'm not sure that professing online interaction with an extra from Transformers 4 is going to get me very far with the ladies.
Don't get me wrong though, I am more than happy to be a sycophant. I just think there's monetary value to this particular whore.

What's in is it for me? Is that what you have to say? What movies have you been in? I'd like to return and come back to T5. I'm trying to gain support and a fan base so I can make it back. This is what you have to say? You're a Transformers fan??? Is this what I expect from a Transformer forum? ThanksBlast Cannon wrote:What's in it for me?

Hi James Luddon, movie star. You're a precious little thing, aren't you? Resorting to begging for fans online doesn't strike me as the behaviour of someone who is very good at his job. You aren't going to get anything more than more extra work on TF5 no matter how many random people you get on the internet to 'like' your pages.
Yes, I'm a Transformers fan. I'm afraid this isn't a 'self-promoting failed actor' forum so I can't help you.
Unless you gave me money in which case I'd be more than happy to become part of your 'fanbase'.

You can check me out in T4 at 1:03:55 and at the shack waiving in the autobots. At 1:04:20 walking to the shack. 1:04:22 checking the car in front of bumblebee. 1:04:37 checking the car in front or bumblebee still. 1:04:46 clearly standing next to Pete kelly as Bumblebee pulls up to the guard shack. 1:05:01 with my hand on my gun conducting a felony stop and walking around bumblebee as Pete Kelly scans for ID from the driver (Jack Reynor). All on the blueray DVD or T4! Home town actor makes it in the business.

Hi James, have you studied Stanislavsky? Your acting was amazing when you can be seen stood next to Pete Kelly. I thought it was a real watershed moment in the film and you brought your character to life beautifully.
I also especially enjoyed the story you told during your 'felony stop'. The way you held your hand on your gun expressed a melancholy in your character so deep and powerful that it brings to mind Michael Clarke Duncan's performance in Green Mile.

Congrats on getting on screen.
Having said that, I hate to piss in your pool, but getting 5 seconds of screen time with no lines spoken isn't exactly "making it in the business." Best of luck in the future, though.

Um, what?
So you're in like maybe 20 seconds of the movie, in the background and you decide that's "making it in the business" and that you need a fansite or that we would care?
Most of us dislike the movies, and the ones that do go and see them, like me, do so for the robot special effects. Instead of actual human actors they could put cardboard cutouts on tracks all voiced by the same two people in post, and the experience would still be the same: "Get the boring humans over with and bring on the robots."
Hell, we don't even care about the top billed actors in the movies, so why do you need multiple threads on this forum dedicated to you? Also, why do you advertise the DVD and BlueRay as having you in it? We don't buy the disks to see extras we neither care about nor actually notice.
And by the way, our old admin was an extra in way more movies than you, and you don't see him getting old arrogant and advertising it everywhere as if he's the greatest thing since sliced bread, he does it because it's fun.

geez everyone lol Hate a little more??? It was one movie. I'm in many more and networking out. I just want to be here because I enjoyed being in the T4 and hope to return with something bigger in T5. I don't see why everyone is so upset and wants to take stabs. I was in T4 whether you like it or not. What did you all do? Has anyone else here been in a Transformer movie? Any movies? Is there something you would all like me to do here besides tell you I was in a Transformers movie?

Re: James Lunddon from Transformers 4
Thank you Admin. I'd like to keep contact and communicate with the forum if anything else happens. I did make a network of friends from being on the Transformers set. It's a while away before another one is made. I'm going for it. I'd like to keep everyone updated on my progress. I just finished another project with dialogue with several of the actors from Transformers 3 and 4. I just can't come out and say what it was yet until I have permission. I'm working my way up. It's not easy but I'm a Transformers fan. I feel lucky I got in that far. In fact, I wasn't even supposed to be up front. There is a lot of down town between scene's. Pete and Michael talked to me a lot on that set and re-did a lot of scenes to get me as much face time as possible. I owe Pete not one but twice now for two film projects. I'm trying real hard here and I want to share my experiences with all of the members as much as I can.

I went to the world premiere of Transformers where Michael Bay introduced the movie and Megan Fox and the other chick actually sat in the cinema with the rest of us fanboys (and so-called "celebrities") and we all got to see it two weeks before the rest of the world.
... that's my claim to fame.

Re: James Lunddon from Transformers 4
Yes I did study him in acting school. When I say felony stop this means something to me because I am prior law enforement with a specialized law enforcement degree. I worked 5 years for one agency and 2 for a federal agency. When I applied to get onto T4 this is how I was able to get onto the set out of the thousands that applied. They wanted an actor and law enforcement or military training. Pete is law enforcement in case no one knew and that is whey on set him and I clicked so well. Now that you know a little more about me. Acting is "Being real in the moment". You don't act towards an emotion. You act towards a goal. The camera does not lie and catches everything. So when I say I conducted a felony stop. This is exactly what i was thinking in the moment. I pulled up my experiences and applied that to the moment. I hope that explains.
Look forward to hearing from everyone.

Are you seriously sticking your nose up at people because you got a role as an extra in a Michael Bay movie?
You know, I thought the stock character who thinks he's the next Humphrey Bogart because he got a background role in some movie was just something someone made up.

I thought it was interesting to hear about your experiences in TF4. Congrats! You are obviously enthusiastic (and you should be, I'd be ecstatic to be in a movie about something I love). Being able to combine your job with a franchise you love has to be exciting.
Hope you'll keep us updated on your experiences in any future TF movies or voice work.

Thank you CelticDragon, I most certainly will keep everyone updated. As soon as I can I would like to tell everyone about the project I was brought in on just recently. I had the chance to work with two Transformers actors because of the impression I made prior. I have other films out and am hussling along. I'll post pics as soon as I can. I can't wait to see what happens in T5. I spoke with a few named actors from 3 and 4 and so far no one knows has a word.

The hostility stems from the manner of your posts. You're taking yourself far too seriously and coming across as a bit of an arrogant arsehole. For example repeatedly stating "I've been in a Transformers movie" and asking "who else here has been in a Transformers movie?" comes across as self-glorifying. This is the Internet, people are going to take the piss out of you when you have an attitude like that. Especially when you appear to think that we should hold you in reverence because you were in the background scenes of what was frankly a terrible movie.

It's safe to assume that I'm just taking the piss.
