My favorite is Huffer in 'SOS Wheeljack'. Three lines and they're all so damned funny. The way he taunts Wheeljack is great. He has nothing to do with the story yet he just seems to have to say his piece. I love it. I became a Huffer fan after that.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

G1 - For the most part, I liked the human characters. Except for Dirk Manus. You know, the Han Solo wannabe that tried to hit on Marissa Fairborne? That's a human who I wouldn't have minded seeing stomped on.
The comics... ugh. The less said about Circuit Breaker, the better. The only good human in the comics was Charlene, and that's just because she brought about a Skids issue. =D
Later series, I didn't care for the Armada kids, but I thought Kicker, Misha and Sally had potential. Kicker wasn't as irritating to me as some other people.
Galaxy Force/Cybertron - I love the kids, as I thought they were handled pretty well. The lack of annoying accents in the dub was a plus. But Lucy Suzuki and Colonel Franklin were great. I wish they'd been on screen more often, matter of fact.
The IDWverse - Thus far, I like where they're going with them.
Oh, none of this list includes Daniel. Because Daniel isn't human. He and Wheelie both came about as some kind of demon pact. I'm sure of it.
