In all fairness, I haven't seen enough of Armada to have any real opinion on it. I liked the designs a lot, but I hated those stupid kids.

But I like Armada Starscream! Too bad fool was killed off.

Aww, don't tell me that! I haven't gotten that far in the series yet! x3

Are you serious? SORRY! I thought that was kinda common knowledge. I knew about it before I saw even one episode, courtesy of Youtube.

Yes, Red Alert was in G1. Go to Youtube and find the episode "Auto Berserk". Red is malfunctioning and completely loses his sh*t. So far it's my favorite episode.

Yeah...
Tranformers Armada was the first series of Transformers that I was ever introduced to. I was only in third grade so I didn't really care how the kids acted, but I really fell in love with the TF's.
I wasn't old enough to know about any TF series before that.
But now that I'm older I realize how frieakin' irrating those kids are. But I just ignore them.

Wow, you're really young. So you're what, fourteen or so? You missed G1 by several years. If you haven't seen it, do watch it. I missed it as well and only in the past couple of months have started watching it. I love it. Oh, and here is G1 Red Alert for you.

Sixteen actually. 8)
And yeah I'd like to see some of the original stuff.

That's the same with me. I distinctly remember that Aside from Zoids: NC0, Transformers: Armada was the only other show (though now that I think about it, Batman Beyond as well), that I was absolutely dedicated to watching when I was around 10 or so.

Annoyed the crap out of mom because the only time I would get up early in the morning was to watch Armada.

I've never seen g1 or any of the other shows. I really want to, though.

Oh, scrap!!! I LOVE Zoids!!! :D
Yeah, I usually try to wake up at 5am now so that watch TF Cybertron, but I haven't been able to gett up lately.
It's cool to meet another person who likes all those things that I like.

It's on Youtube, babies. That's the only place I've ever watched the cartoons. Type in "tommyj666". He downloads one episode of G1 per day. And just because it's older doesn't mean squat. It's still as good today as it was in the 80s. Just don't watch the 1986 movie before you watch some episodes, so you can get used to the characters.

Thanks!!
Yeah, I've seen like half the movie so far. I borrowed it from my next door neighbor.
It was good from what I saw.
I had read up and heard a lot about some of the characters so it was fun seeing them on the screen. Especially Blurr!!
I laughed everytime he opened his mouth.

Oh poo...I hate to tell you, but those guys that got killed on that shuttle are major characters in the cartoon! Well, Prowl not so much, but the others are. In my opinion, the second season is the best, but definitely start at the beginning. Third season is a little meh in my opinion.

That's okay.
Spoilers don't bug me very much. Unless they're BIG ones.
But I'l start watching as soon as I get the time.

Well, the movie is pretty good, but I don't like how they killed half the characters off. At least my beloved Jazz, Bumblebee, Mirage, and Blaster survive. Too bad Scatman Crothers died; maybe we would've seen more of Jazz. :(

Yeah, but then the idiots knocked him off in the 2007 movie...
And dang it I liked him.

That's nothing like his G1 character. If they had killed off G1 Jazz, it would've been absolutely terrible. I liked the movie version as well, but he doesn't hold a candle to his old version. And when you got Jazz and Blaster around each other, it was pure gold.

Those were some of the better light comedy moments. All the Autobots in pure agony over Blaster's music while Jazz boogies quietly in the corner.

One of my favorite parts is when they are in the middle of a fight with the Decepticons, and Jazz uses his light/sound show. Music starts blaring and Blaster says "Dig it!" and starts dancing during the battle.

In no particular order

1. Movie Ironhide (best Transformer of the film after Prime)
2. Tracks
3. movie Bonecrusher
4. Optimus Prime, the original and best
5. Soundwave
6. Ravage
7. Starscream
8. Sunstreaker
9. Sideswipe
10.Prowl

Very much a G1 orientated list, never really took to the other series', well apart from Beast Wars.
