Looking to commission a custom headsculpt

I've been looking for a third party upgrade kit for Kingdom/Legacy Blaster that gives him his G1 toy head or Marvel comics head since the figure was released but haven't ever been able to find one, so I was wondering if anybody is or knows any customizers that make and paint custom headsculpts and are particularly good at it?
Currently looking for Siege Pinpointer, Takara Legends Spoil/Spoilsport and Takara Legends Caliburst
