I once thought I'd never get a tattoo but after hanging around a buddy of mine that does them I decided I'd like to get some. After Billy passed away in March, I thought it would be a nice idea to get something to help remember him by. I decided to use Billy's message board avatar which as some may know was intended to be the new symbol for Transtopia. I talked with Gryph, the symbol's designer, to get his impressions and permission to have this done. I need to take more pictures of it, but right now here's the only one I have. This was at the hotel I stayed at during this year's Botcon.
I had just put some moisterizer on it so it's a bit shiny in that picture, but you get the idea. When my buddy gets better at inking, I'd like him to finish the eyes and color it in.
I don't think anyone knows just how much Billy meant to me. This is really just a small way to help me remember him, but I think it counts for something.
