It actually doesn't bother me. In the cartoon, he was the same height as Ultra Magnus, so his size should measure up well standing toe to toe with City Commander.

Hexatron is MP size, so he's way taller than City Commander.

Whoa, really? Like old MP-01 size or new MP-10 size? MP-10 size shouldn't be too bad, but MP-01 size would be massive.

Hehe, yes, but I don't own Grimlock. I checked out the galleries of him which has some pics of him next to Hot Rod/Rodimus and it looks like they're about the same height. I'll have to do a side by side with Rodimus and CC to see how they stack up.

Tell me about it.

Not caring about scale since 1984. Just like Hasbro.

Tell me about it.Their HOS Shockwave and seekers are excellent. What's great is each release has been an improvement over the previous.
This is going to be my first MMC figure. I'm not a fan of the whole HoS thing (not that the figures don't look cool, they're just not my style). I'm definitely looking forward to this big guy though.

Is anyone going to use him for their classics collection? I feel like hes way too big for that. I know he is suppose to be big but I think this is way too big. Fits nicely for MP collection though.
Looking for:

Yeah Im using him for my classics collection. I saw some pictures from the comic in this thread and he is that damn big. I stopped collecting the MP line because my coffee tables are full of statue bots.

This is one of the occasions where Rated X and I agree. Sixshot literally LOOMS over almost everyone in most of the fiction. Even his G1 toy was monstrous, almost on height with G1 Metroplex IIRC.
He'll do well on my Classics shelves.

I was thinking the same thing Mkall! For once I agree with X
Hexatron is a surprisingly good scale for the Classics toys. He is waaaaay to small for MP.
Am I that against the grain ??? lol

Maybe there are just fewer hardcore G1 fans these days

Some questions which I hope you learned folk will know the answers to.
So Universe Darkwing is my tallest Decepticon barring the combiners, does anyone know his height (at the head), and how it would compare to this Sixshot?
Also, I have never owned anything by MMC, I have heard only good things about the quality of their plastic etc, can any of you back this up?
Anyone know of any UK outlets who are going to carry this?

I believe that MMC's Sixshot will be about Leader-class size, meaning at least another 2 inches taller, maybe more.

Buy with confidence. In terms of quality and overall awesomeness, they are the first company to surpass FansProject in my eyes.

I would think Kapow will stock him at one point, but other than that I'm not sure of the UK vendors.

Re: MMC's Hexatron
Just buy him on ebay instead. He will probably end up being alot cheaper, i mean Hegemon (Megatron) was £55 on ebay with postage (well he was to begin with, i think hes like 60 now) but wasnt kapow asking something like 90 for him?
He comes in robot mode so theres no problems with customs etc and all these china sellers mark them as gift so you dont have to pay x2 for postage thanks to crappy customsUK
Just get him on ebay hes more than likely gona be cheaper

Very happy I watched this review. It's not like I needed to be convinced to keep my pre-order, but I'm glad I have been. It's an awesome, both aesthetically and seemingly in terms of the engineering.

Looks great. It took me a little while to get on board. I am happy you guys convinced me.

MMC might just surpass FP in my eyes. This looks fantastic, even if it is just a prototype. This also just re-affirms that Predaking from MMC is the right choice for me.

This one's a prototype. Must have an in at MMC.

Re: MMC's Hexatron
was on the fence about this guy for ages. wanted him but not having owned any MMC stuff before wasn't sure how good he'd be. that review has me sold. actually, wanting to resist, I made it til I saw what they'd done with the hands and knew that with that level of attention to detail I'd be silly to pass this up. Even if I end up deciding he's too costly, I'm sure there will be a decent secondary market for these.
Looking at the MMC Predacons even more closely now.
