Thanks to a fellow tfw2005.com board member, I performed a minor surgery on Swindle's neck and now he's fully functional. You just need to shave the plastic in front of the head post so it can swing forward. On mine, I still get a nice click that indicates me it's transformed properly.

That, imo, makes the already really cool Swindle an even more awesome figure now.

You may want to bring this to Ryan's attention, as he was asking about Swindle's head a while ago.
This mod makes Swindle that much better. A def buy.

I had swwindle in hand this morning and decided against it because of the head, now that I know this I may have to reconsider

Okay, so now the head is moveable, but it is still just a cylinder, more than a head...
